专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to a system for fixing a seat, for example an aircraft, in a rail of the remainder of this aircraft. This type of seat attachment systems is well known in the state of the art. For example, reference may be made to documents FR 2 947 772 and 2 947 773 in the name of the applicant. In general, this type of fastening system comprises a base associated with the rest of the seat and having gripping means clamping it on the rail of the aircraft.
[0002] These hooking means are movable between retracted positions of mounting / dismounting of the seat and active attachment of the latter for example by an operator, via an operating lever movable between retracted positions mounting / disassembly and active blocking position of the attachment means.
[0003] In addition, this lever comprises locking means in the active blocking position. These structures have been developed to meet a number of requirements for safety and ease of assembly and disassembly of seats in these applications.
[0004] But the manufacturing tolerances of the parts that it is necessary to provide in the system, means for absorbing variations in dimensions of one or other of the parts. In particular, buffers of elastically deformable material are used, for example.
[0005] But despite the integration of such means, the result of fixing is not perfect and is reflected for example by vibrations which are then sources of noise that can be annoying. The object of the invention is therefore to solve these problems. To this end, the subject of the invention is a system for fixing a seat, for example an aircraft, in a rail of the remainder of this aircraft, of the type comprising a base associated with the remainder of the seat and comprising means for gripping of the latter on the rail of the aircraft, movable between retracted positions of assembly / disassembly of the seat and active attachment of the latter, by an operator via an operating lever movable between positions retracted mounting / disassembly and activates blocking position of the attachment means and which comprises locking means in the active locking position, characterized in that the operating lever is associated with means for crossing the hard point of movement of the hooking means between their retracted position mounting / disassembly of the seat and active hooking thereof. According to other features of the system according to the invention, taken alone or in combination: operating lever is associated with means for crossing the hard point kneepad including a link hinge of links also articulated on the base and at least one is associated with the attachment means of the seat to move them between their retracted and active positions; the attachment means of the seat comprises means for indexing, centering and force recovery of the base on the rail; the attachment means of the seat comprise clamping means of the base on the rail; the rods comprise a front link which has a first end articulated on the base, a second end of which is articulated on the articulation yoke and an intermediate portion between its ends, comprises a displacement surface of the centering and recovery means efforts between a retracted position adjusting position of the base and an active position of centering and recovery forces; the rods comprise a rear link whose one end is articulated on the yoke, an intermediate portion is articulated on the base, and a second end is associated with clamping jaws of the base on the rail; the second end of the rear link has a general shape of fork with two branches arranged on either side of the base and each of which is provided at its end with a clamping jaw; the jaws are mounted on the ends of a guide rod extending between the ends of the branches of the fork and passing through the base in a guide light displacements of this rod, the ends of the guide rod extending in jaw lights to allow movement of the jaws between their retracted and active positions, perpendicular to the rail; the lever has a determined angular displacement relative to the hinge yoke, in a release direction of the hard point crossing means to facilitate the unlocking of the hooking means; the front end of the lever comprises disengageable locking means in the active locking position thereof; the locking means comprise latch-shaped means carried by one of the members, lever or base, and adapted to cooperate in the active position with retaining means of the other member, base or lever, for locking the lever in active position; the latch-shaped means are movable to allow these latch-like means to cross the retaining means and to engage in locking position therewith and to disengage from these retaining means under the action of rotary actuating means during their disengagement actuated by the operator; the lever comprises means for visually indicating its locking state or not; the means for visually indicating the state of locking or not of the lever are provided on its upper face. The invention will be better understood with the aid of the description which follows, given solely by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings in which: FIGS. 1 and 2 show perspective views illustrating a system of fastening according to the invention respectively in the mounting position / disassembly of the seat and in the attachment position thereof, and - Figures 3 and 4 show corresponding sectional side views of the system. In these figures, a system for fixing a seat for example an aircraft in a rail of the remainder of this aircraft has been illustrated in these figures.
[0006] The system is designated by the general reference 1 in these figures and has a base associated with the rest of the seat. This base is designated by the general reference 2 and comprises for example in its rear part an ear 3 for fixing a portion of a seat. Of course different ways of connecting the seat to the base can be envisaged. The seat can thus be made of material with the base, connected thereto by an intermediate piece, ... In its lower part, this base comprises projecting heels such as for example the heel 4, which enter the composition of gripping means by clamping it on the rail of the aircraft.
[0007] Indeed the base comprises clamping means designated by the general reference 5, which are movable, as shown, between retracted positions of mounting / dismounting of the seat as shown in Figures 1 and 3, and active hooking thereof as illustrated in Figures 2 and 4, by an operator through for example an operating lever designated by the general reference 6. In fact, this operating lever is movable between retracted positions of assembly / disassembly illustrated in Figures 1 and 3, and active illustrated in Figures 2 and 4, locking in position of the attachment means. As will be described in more detail later, this lever also comprises locking means in active blocking position designated by the general reference 7.
[0008] In fact and according to the invention, the operating lever 6 is associated with means for crossing the hard point 8 for moving the hooking means 5 between the retracted positions of mounting / dismounting of the seat and activating the attachment of the latter. this. Indeed, and as is illustrated in these figures, the operating lever 6 is associated with means for crossing the hard point toggle, comprising a hinge clevis 9 of rods 10 and 11 also articulated on the base and which at least one is associated with the attachment means of the seat to move them between their retracted and active positions. In fact the use of such hard point crossing means has several advantages.
[0009] One of the advantages of this use is the stressing of the system and the absorption of manufacturing tolerances of the parts to avoid the generation of for example vibrations or noises. To do this, the system according to the invention does not use buffers of elastic material such as for example elastomer or other.
[0010] It is the mechanism of crossing hard point to knee, using rods, which ensures this putting under stress. Another advantage of the use of such a system is that the means for crossing the hard point makes it possible to positively define the active locking position of the lever and the attachment means and this independently of the safety provided by the locking means in the locking position of the lever. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in these figures, the attachment means of the seat comprise in fact two types of elements, namely means for centering and resumption of force of the base on the rail or indexing of position, and clamping means of the base on the rail.
[0011] These means are designated by the references 12 and 13 and are respectively associated with the rods 10 and 11.
[0012] It appears in fact from the view of these figures that the links comprise a front link 10 whose one end is articulated on the base and a second end is articulated on the hinge clevis 9. An intermediate portion of the front link , between these ends, comprises a surface 14 for moving the centering means and force recovery even indexing 12, constituted for example by a pin mounted resiliently movable in the base, between a retracted high position adjustment in position the base and an active low centering position and recovery of effort or indexing in the rail. In the example illustrated, the rods also comprise the rear link 11, a first end of which is articulated on the yoke 9, an intermediate portion of which is articulated for example on the base 15 and whose second end is associated with jaws. clamping the base on the rail. One of these jaws is designated by the general reference 16 in Figures 1 and 2. In fact and as illustrated, the second end of the rear link 11 has for example a general form of fork with two branches of which 1 is designated by the general reference 11A for example in these Figures 1 and 2. These branches extend on either side of the base and each is provided at its end with a clamping jaw such as the jaw 16 In fact these jaws 16 are mounted on the ends of a guide rod designated by the general reference 17 in these figures, extending between the ends of the branches of the fork and passing through the base in a light for example 18 of guiding the movements of this rod. The ends of the guide rod 17 extend in the jaws of the jaws such as the light 19 for the jaw 16, to allow movement of the jaws between their retracted and active positions, perpendicular to the rail. It should also be noted that the lever may have a defined angular displacement relative to the hinge clevis 9, in a direction of clearance of the hard point passing means, to facilitate the unlocking of the attachment means by the operator. .
[0013] As indicated above, the front end of the lever 6 may comprise disengageable means 7 for locking in the active locking position thereof. These means have a relatively conventional structure as already described in the previous documents mentioned above, namely that they may comprise means in the form of a latch as for example designated by the general reference 20 in these figures, worn by one of the members, lever or base, and adapted to cooperate in the active position with retaining means for example 21 of the other member, base or lever, for locking the lever in the active position. In the example described in these figures, the latch means 20 are carried by the base while the retaining means 21 are provided at the end of the lever and are for example in the form of a rod of detention. It goes without saying of course that a reverse arrangement and different embodiments of these means can be envisaged. It will be appreciated simply that latch-like means may be resiliently movable to allow them to pass through the retaining means and engage in locking position therewith and to disengage from the retaining means under the latch. action of rotary actuating means during their disengagement, actuated by the operator. This is for example visible in these figures in that it is seen that the latch-shaped means are associated with elastic means designated by the general reference 22. The rotary actuating means can for example be formed by a tool such as an operating key adapted to engage in a recess of the end of a hinge rod 23 of these latch-shaped means at the corresponding end of the base.
[0014] In addition and as illustrated in these figures and in particular in Figure 2, the lever 6 may also include means for visually indicating its locking state or not as is known per se. These indication means are for example designated by the general reference 24 in these figures and are for example provided on the upper face of the lever.
[0015] In fact, these indication means may for example be formed by a control plate having two parts of different colors such as for example green and red, and movable in front of a lever light to reveal the part of one or the other. of these colors according to the state of lock or not of this lever. We then understand that the operation of this structure is the following.
[0016] In the unlocked position, as shown in Figure 1, the mounting operator can adjust the seat position, the fastening system moving on the rail because it is not pinched or tightened. Once in the desired position, the mounting operator lowers the lever from the position shown in FIG. 1 to the position shown in FIG.
[0017] During this movement the lever causes a pivoting of the hinge yoke and thus a displacement of the front and rear links.
[0018] The front link bears on the pin 12 to move it while the rear link 11 tilts and causes a nip of the rail between the heels of the base and the clamping jaws. This movement continues and causes the crossing of the hard point after passing in alignment with the points of articulation or attachment of the lever and rods on the yoke. The system is then in the clamping position, the mechanism of crossing hard point knee causes a catching games related to variations in dimensions of the parts.
[0019] In addition the end of the lever 6 and more particularly in the example described, retaining means 21, are engaged under the latch-shaped means 20, these latch-shaped means having retreated under elastic stress to let them pass , in order to obtain the securing security and locking in position that have been previously described.
[0020] It goes without saying of course that many other embodiments can be envisaged.
